Unless otherwise noted in the sale, Custom Den typically ships packages ground. For inquiries on a package please email email@example.com. Provide the order number, customer name and date of purchase so that experts at Custom Den can track down your order. Custom Den believes whole-heartedly in making the buying/receiving process as efficient and convenient as possible and is continually working to improve that process. Any items purchased through the website customden.com or through any alternative means online are subjected to the potential of shipping and handling charges at the discretion of Custom Den. Custom Den is allowed absolute discretion in determining what shipping company to use in order to complete a(an) order(s).
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that items have a safe and reliable location for items to be shipped to. Custom Den does NOT assume any responsibility for items that were stolen from the location once delivered.
